Shipping policy

Please allow 3-10 days for us to process your order before shipping, depending on the size of the shipment.

We recommend using Express Mail Service (EMS) on all orders, as it is fully insured and offers tracking.*

Standard Airmail (SAL) is the other method by which we can ship internationally. The rates are much lower, but it can sometimes take a very long time for delivery. We are not able to guarantee an expedient delivery via SAL.

We can not take responsibility for orders once they have been shipped. If an order has not yet been received, we will not resend it unless it has been confirmed lost.

*Please note that EMS is not available in some countries.
