NaturaliTea is a cooperative of organic tea farmers based in the mountains of Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture. We've been producing 100% organic, mountain-grown tea since 1976 — from plantation to packaging, every step handled by our family and partner farms.

We supply wholesale tea to cafés, restaurants, tea shops, and retailers worldwide. Whether you're looking for a single origin sencha, ceremonial matcha, or custom-packaged tea under your own label, we'd love to work with you.

What We Offer

Full-Leaf Green Tea — Sencha in light, mid, and deep-steamed styles, plus specialty cultivars (Yamakai, Sayama-kaori, Kurasawa) and shade-grown kabusecha. All first-flush, spring-harvested.

Matcha — Ceremonial to culinary grades, all organic Yabukita cultivar. Ceremonial grades are shaded 15–20 days under kanreisha cloth. Culinary grades available for lattes, baking, and food manufacturing.

Houjicha & Genmaicha — Roasted teas and brown rice blends, including matcha-dusted genmaicha. Low caffeine, broad appeal.

Black Tea — Japanese-style wakocha (Setoya Momiji), naturally sweet with floral and honey notes. Also available in herbal blends with local yuzu, holy basil, and fragrant orange olive.

Kukicha, GABA Tea & Specialty Blends — Stem tea, GABA-enriched green tea, and flavored blends with locally sourced botanicals.

Powdered Teas — Bead-milled houjicha, genmaicha, and black tea powders for culinary and latte applications.

Wholesale Pricing

Minimum order: Please inquire. We're happy to work with businesses of all sizes.

Packaging & Labeling

We offer flexible packaging options:

  • Multiple bag sizes (40g to 1kg+)
  • Custom labeling with your brand
  • Nitrogen-filled packaging for freshness
  • Tin cans available for premium retail presentation
  • Packaging fees waived for orders of 20kg and above

We can also provide organic certification logos on your packaging: JAS Organic, USDA, EU Organic, UK Organic, Canada, and Taiwan.

A Certificate of Origin (¥10,000 per shipment) and Health Certificate (¥1,500 per shipment) are available upon request.

How to Order

  1. Contact us at naturalitea.organictea@gmail.com to request our wholesale catalog and price list.
  2. If you'd like to taste before committing, we offer sample packs of up to 5 teas for ¥5,000 (including international shipping).
  3. Submit your order using our wholesale order form (provided with the catalog). Specify products, quantities, packaging preferences, and any labeling needs.
  4. We'll calculate shipping based on your order weight and destination, then send you an invoice for the total (product + shipping).
  5. Once payment is confirmed, we'll process and ship your order. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Large or custom orders may take 1–2 months.

Payment

  • PayPal for orders under ¥50,000
  • Bank transfer for orders of ¥50,000 and above
  • Bank transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility

Shipping

We ship worldwide via EMS (insured). For orders over 20kg, UPS, FedEx, or Schenker are also available. Customs duties at your destination are the buyer's responsibility.

Seasonal Notes

Shincha (first flush) orders: Place your order before April to reserve spring tea from the current year's harvest.

Holiday orders: Please order by mid-October to ensure delivery before Christmas.

Matcha: Large matcha orders require extra processing time for grinding. Please plan accordingly.
