This teapot was produced in the city of Tokoname, famed for its production of high-quality ceramics. This pot is perfect for brewing full-leaf Japanese teas, and the filter is small enough even for the brewing of more powdery deep-steamed teas without allowing pieces of leaf to pass through into the cup.
